An Awareness Session on Zero Leaks in Industries

On 11th May, Gujarat Pollution Control Board Bharuch Regional Office and Dahej Industries Association jointly organized an awareness seminar on Zero Leaks in Industries at the Conference Hall of Dahej Industries Association, as part of Mission Life (Lifestyle for Environment) called by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi
During the seminar Margiben Patel, Regional Officer of Bharuch GPCB spoke on the topic of environmental enhancement through industries and Neerajbhai Patel and Nencyben Patel, Engineers of GPCB Bharuch Regional Office, gave presentation on how people should have a way of living that is friendly to the environment and R. R. Gaikwad, Engineer of GPCB gave presentation on the topic of Zero Leakage in Industries. Lastly, environmental oath was also administered to the representatives of the industries present.

Awareness program/Session on “Chemical Regulatory Obligations” initiated by Regulatory Representatives and Managers Association (RRMA)

Regulatory Representatives and Managers Association (RRMA) has initiated an awareness program on chemical regulation for the year 2023. The events were started from Vapi on 6th of Feb and will close with an event at Ahmedabad on 11th of Feb 2023. As a part of it the event was organized at Dahej on 9th of February, 2023 with the help of Dahej Industries Association. This is first event RRMA is conducting in Gujarat chapter, amongst others, that RRMA would be doing across the country.

The theme of this series of events was mainly focused on Chemical Regulatory Obligations and Awareness. It was applying global viewpoint on influential chemical regulations across Asia and Europe

Awareness Programme on Chemical Weapons Convention

An Awareness Programme on Chemical Weapons Convention was organized by Indian Chemical Council in association with DIA & DEFS on 04th of January 2023. Session was taken by Mr. Raju Patel working as an Advisor Chemical Weapons Convention Helpdesk Vadodara, Indian Chemical Council.
Total 76 representative of various industries located in Dahej PCPIR were attended the Awareness Programme. Programme was started with Inaugural Address followed by Welcome of ICC representative, presentation by Mr. Raju Patel on the Topic, QUIZ on Test Paper, Question-Answer & Feedback Session and programme was ended with the Vote of Thanks.
