As per Directions of National Disaster Management Authority, Public Awareness cum Training Programs were scheduled for all talukas of Bharuch district during 22nd Dec, 23 to 5th Jan, 2024 by National Disaster Response Force.
As per their schedule they had arranged session at DMC, Dahej on 28th December. During the session 06th Battalion of National Disaster Response Force came to the Dahej. They have shared their valuable knowledge in respect to mitigate natural as well as manmade calamities.
Demonstration of various Disaster scenarios was also done by the team NDRF during the program. Further Knowledge regarding Does & Don’t while any natural disaster like Flood, Earth Quack, Tsunami, Cyclone were share & elaborated. It was also displayed during the session how a household can use daily consumable items as a rescue tool with the help of live demonstration.
