Dahej Industries Association with the support of Dahej Eco-Friendly Society & Sagar Bharti –Dahej District Conducted A Seashore Cleaning drive with the moto of “Clean Ocean, Safe Ocean, Prosperous Ocean” on “17th September” in line with “National Sea Cleanliness Day Campaign” by Bharuch District Sagar Bharti at Dahej location in vagra taluka along with nation lovers, environment lovers, religious, charitable, social, organizations and social leaders and chief officials of various departments of the government etc. During this drive Members of above said agencies carried Plastic Collection activities from Beaches & Seashore near Dahej & Surrounding villages.

Road Awareness Safety Rally

A “Road Safety Awareness Rally” was organized as a part of 34th Road Safety Week Celebration Under National Road Safety Campaign with moto of “Sadak Suraksh, Jeevan Raksha” by Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd in association with Dahej Industries Association, Dahej Eco-Friendly Society & Rotary Club of Dahej on 17th of January, 2023 during 11:30 to 12:30 hours. Rally was started from Dahej College & ended at Dahej Chowkdi
The aim/objective of the rally was to create awareness among the public on following of road safety, During the rally Safety Slogan & Safety Posters prepared by team GACL was demonstrated & Road Safety Book distributed to Drivers & surrounding people. Before the starting of rally Food Packets were distributed to Students of Dahej College by Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd & Ball Pens were distributed to Students of Dahej College by Pragna Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Sapling Distribution On The Occasion of World Environment Day

Dahej Industries Association & Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster management Center – Dahej) has arranged Plants/Saplings Distribution, as a part of World Environment Day Celebration – 2023.
Motive behind Sapling/Tree Plantation was to increase awareness towards importance of Tree Plantation amongst people of industries & made easy availability to saplings for member Industries.
During the drive of three days more than 40 Industries collected around 1000 nos Saplings for carrying tree plantation activities in their premises or surrounding area. Self-defence and awareness session for women

The Nation is observing National Safety Day-2023 enthusiastically. Also, on the occasion of opportunity to celebrate the contribution of women in our lives i.e Women’s Day on 8th March Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd(GACL) in association with Dahej Industries Association & Dahej Eco-Friendly Society organized “a self defense and awareness session for women” working in and nearby industrial estate of Dahej On 10th of March, 2023 (Friday) at Govt Commerce and Science College, Dahej

Tree Plantation Part of World Environment Day-2023 Celebration

Dahej Industries Association celebrated World Environment Day – 2023 jointly in association with Gujarat Pollution Control Board, Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster Management Center -Dahej) & Forest Department, on the theme of BEAT PLATIC POLLUTION.
Dahej Industries Association & Dahej Eco-Friendly Society (Disaster management Center – Dahej) has arranged Tree Plantation Drive, as a part of World Environment Day Celebration – 2023 on 5th of June, 2023 entire day within DEFS & DIA office premises as well as premises of some of the member industries, Further, saplings were distributed amongst member industries & some local peoples on this special occasion with purpose to enhance their awareness towards importance of environment preservation & to enhance Participation of more & more individual in celebration of World Environment Day Celebration.
