A Learning Session on Onboarding & Data Entry on ChemIndia Portalwas organized atConference Hall of Dahej Industries Association in collaboration & as per directions of The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.
The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, has launched a web-based portal namely, ChemIndia (https://chemindia.chemicals.gov.in), which facilitates the collection of statistics related to various aspects of the chemical sector, such as Production, Installed Capacity, Exports, Imports, and more. The main objective of compiling this data is to create a comprehensive Chemical Inventory of India.
During the session Director of DCPC, MoCF, GoI, Mr Ram Sajeevan & Data Analyst Mr. Mohit Kumar Sinha were present to give clarity on portals purpose & method of using it. Session was started with Welcome of Dignitories followed by detailed presentation with live demo given by Mr. Mohit Kumar Sinha, Question Answer-Session &ended with Vote of Thanks.
