School Safety Awareness Week is one of effective tools towards addressing the priorities of actions towards disaster risk at School & community level and enhancing disaster preparedness for effective response. So based on these idea &As Per Letter Received from Collector Office, Bharuch regarding School Safety Week Schedule celebration ‘MEGHA EVENT’ in Bharuch District on 29th Jan to 3rd Feb.2024, DMC Dahej arranged training to school students as per below schedule.

31st January, 24 – Primary School – Jageshwar

Training Session helped in spreading awareness among school children, teachers, and staff members regarding probable hazards. session also helped in developing their understanding regarding hazard impacts, related dos and don’ts and demonstrate response measures like evacuation, first aid and search and rescue.
