Dahej Industries Association arranged Tree Plantation at Narmada Parikrama Jetty (Adjacent to Reliance Jetty),Maa Reva Ambika Aashram, Luvara Gam, Dahejas part of Environmental Protection of Maa Narmada&to pay tribute to Shri Shri Dadaguruji who had completed 1400 days (without food) into his ‘Akhandha Nirahar Narmada Parikrama’. Dadaguru’s unbroken fasting Mahavrat Sadhana has become a research topic for the country & the world, the world’s largest saga of ongoing fasting sadhana.
During the event representatives of various industries as well as representatives of various Socialist groups/NGOs & households of nearby villages were remain present. The program was started with small inauguration function. A welcome address given by Jayendrabhai representative of Dahej village. Further, Dr J J Rajput shared importance of the river Maa Narmada & also shared how every individual can contribute for the protection of rivers.
Lastly one tree was planted by all the present personsas a symbol of paying their moral duty towards the environmental protection of Maa Narmada. The program was concluded with a vote of thanks by team DIA.
