A Delegation of 7 members from Tamil Nadu state consisting following authorities visited Dahej Industrial Estate on 12th October, 2023 with purpose to understand Disaster response mechanism, facilities & Structure of Disaster Management Center-Dahej (Dahej Eco-Friendly Society).

They are in planning to establish a Disaster preventive and management centre in SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, which will be managed by CSIA (Cuddalore SIPCOT Industrial Association) and promoted by cuddalore SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited).
Mr. M B Patel, team DEFS & DIA elaborate details activities with demonstration of existing fire tenders. A fruitful Discussion was held between Delegation & DIA/DEFS, which will be helpful to clear delegation’s idea about requirement for their proposed set-up.
